How supervised visitation works here
- Pima County Family Court hears legal decision-making and parenting time cases, Arizona's terms for custody and visitation.
- Since July 13, 2026, eight Family Court judges sit at the Consolidated Justice Court, 240 N. Stone Avenue.
- The Conciliation Court offers mediation and evaluations. It does not list supervised visitation among its services.
- Under A.R.S. § 25-403.03, the court may order supervised visits or safe exchanges when domestic violence is involved.
