Supervised visitation at the Orange County Superior Court

In Orange County, custody and visitation (parenting time) cases go to the Superior Court of California, County of Orange (Family Law Division).

How supervised visitation works here

Family law cases, Family Court Services and the Family Law Facilitator are all at Lamoreaux Justice Center in Orange.
The court publishes a list of supervised visitation providers but does not screen or endorse anyone on it.
Parents generally pay provider fees. Eligible low-income parents may get free visits through the Access to Visitation grant.
Local Rule 703.3 requires professional providers to file form FL-324(P).
