Supervised visitation at the Riverside Superior Court

In Riverside County, custody and visitation (parenting time) cases go to the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside (Family Law Division).

How supervised visitation works here

Riverside uses child custody recommending counselors. If parents don't agree, the counselor sends a recommendation to the court.
The court publishes a list of professional supervised visitation monitors but does not endorse or monitor them.
Providers on the court's list submit form FL-324(P), proof of training and TrustLine verification.
Unpaid family or friend supervisors file form FL-324(NP). Parents arrange payment for professional monitors with the provider.
