Supervised visitation at the San Diego Superior Court

In San Diego County, custody and visitation (parenting time) cases go to the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego (Family Court).

How supervised visitation works here

San Diego keeps a courtesy list of professional supervised visitation providers but does not endorse, screen or monitor them.
To join the list, providers submit TrustLine registration, proof of 24 hours of training and a signed form FL-324(P).
Parents pay providers directly. The court does not cover the cost of supervised visitation.
If parents don't agree in custody counseling, the counselor makes a written recommendation to the judge.
