How supervised visitation works here

Kansas law gives a parent the right to reasonable parenting time unless the court finds it would seriously endanger the child's physical, mental, moral or emotional health (K.S.A. 23-3208).
The court can order that exchanges or parenting time take place at a child exchange and visitation center (K.S.A. 23-3208), and domestic abuse is one of the factors the court weighs (K.S.A. 23-3203).
The Sedgwick County court's Family Law department handles divorce, paternity, visitation and protection orders, and lists a Kids First Workshop for families.
